Show Plotting Symbols These can optionally be plotted. The symbol used is selected on the graph window. Done Button Keeps the current selections, and any analyses but closes this dialog box. Stem & Leaf You can specify the stem interval. The smaller it is, the more intervals you will have. Stem & Leaf Automatic determination of stem interval (ie size of step) using 10-20 intervals altogether. Print percentages beside each wedge. Print actual values (as in spreadsheet) beside each wedge. Number of decimal places set by Preferences dialog. Plot Pie Chart without values beside wedges Increment Number Type in the decimal number to increment the dependent variable's step interval each time. Starting Number Type in a decimal number at which to start the dependent variable's frequency intervals. Specified Intervals Choose your own starting and incremental values. Automatic Intervals Will divide the data into 10-15 equal intervals (dependent variable). Cumulative Histogram Raw data will be summed sequentially and plotted. Plot Frequency Histogram This will work out how many data points lie within each sampling interval (set automatically or by you). Plot Raw Data Plot a histogram of the data as it appears in the spreadsheet. Include Origin If data points do not span the origin (0,0), checking this will always include the origin anyway. Regression/Correlation Button Will calculate these analyses and place them onto the plot beside the drawn regression line. OK Button Will perform the selection & dismiss the dialog box. Goodness of Fit Button Requires two data sets of equal size, the first the observed values, the other the expected values based upon your hypothesis. Contingency Table Button Uses the selected rows & columns as a contingency table & chi-square analysis. Cancel Button Cancels the dialog box without performing the current selection. Do One Button This will perform the selected analysis, then dismiss this dialog box. Apply Button This will perform the selected analysis but not dismiss this dialog box. Record Residual Values Check Box A list of residuals will be recorded in the next available data sheet column. Significance level An integer (1-99%) can be typed in here to determine the significance level used in statistical analysis. List Box Single items only can be selected here by clicking. Statistical Test Popup Click & hold mouse button down, then drag until the desired test is hilited. Then release mouse button to select. List Box Select 1 item by clicking.
